Who writes the surveys?

eFeedback allows creating of up to 8 "Ratings Questions", responded to by clickin a smiley face of star icon to rate their satisfaction, and up to eight "informational Questions" to help you gain more information about your customer and your costomers experience.

How long should my survey be?

 

Generally, you’ll get a good completion rate from a survey with under 8 questions. However, it depends on what you’d like to learn from the survey.

Can we brand the survey kiosks?

 

Yes. Your eFeedback sith will include your Logo and other information about you organization. You can choose to have branded promotional placards and boards, designed in-house or we can design them for you

Do we need a Wi-Fi connection for the survey kiosks?

 

As well as Wi-Fi, we can also supply and Ethernet Adapter to link your device directly to your network.r.

Do we need power?

 

Yes, you will need a power connection for the eFeedback On-Site devices.

How do I access the results?

 

All our reports and analytics systems are online so you can access wherever you are, from PCs or mobile devices.

Where will our data be stored?

 

eFeedback encrypts each response it stores in way that means even the device cannot decrypt it, it can only be decrypted after being sent to our systems. Therefore, if the device is physically stolen or compromised none of the response data can be read.

How many survey responses can we collect?

 

Unlimited. 

Do you support different languages?

 

Yes. Currently we support English, Spanish, French German and Italian. If you need additional languages we can design the surveys for you.

eReception

For In-House eReception, can we use our own hardware?

         

Yes. You are welcome to purchase your hardware any where you like.

Can the Queue be display on a TV screen?

 

Yes. You can use a smart TV with a browser, or we can provide an inexpensive "stick" computer to connect to your TV's HDMI input.

How do I manage my account?

 

Login to your account using the password you setup initially. Click the “Settings” button at the top of the screen. You will be able to update information about your account.

How do I update my contacts?

 

In the Settings menu, select "Contacts". You may enter their department, e-mail and/or mobile phone, if they wish to receive SMS messages. You may also designate an alternate contact, if they are not available.

Absolutely. We offer free unlimited support (even during your free trial) to answer any questions you have.

Is Wi-Fi required?

 

Yes. Each eVents Display accesses the church calendar by connecting to our AWS Server through a WiFi connection.

Does eForm Install the units?

 

No. We can, however, recomend an installer in your location.
